1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HandoffMail (“Service”), provided by HandoffMail Technologies Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of the Service

HandoffMail is an autonomous outbound sales engagement platform that connects to authorized Google Workspace and Gmail accounts to draft, schedule, and send targeted B2B correspondence, evaluate prospect replies, and route qualified opportunities to human sales representatives.

3. Acceptable Use and Outreach Compliance

You agree to use the Service in strict compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to the United States CAN-SPAM Act, the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must honor all prospect unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly. HandoffMail provides automated suppression lists and one-click unsubscribe links; you agree not to circumvent or disable these safety controls.

4. Connected Mailboxes & Google API Services

The Service connects to Google Workspace and Gmail accounts via Google OAuth 2.0 using explicitly declared scopes:Sensitive scopes (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send for sending automated and approved emails) and Restricted scopes (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly for synchronizing inbound responses to customer-initiated threads and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.settings.basic for discovering verified sendAs aliases). You represent that you own or have explicit organizational authorization to connect any mailbox used with the Service.

HandoffMail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Free Supervised Pilot, Plan Quotas, & Billing

HandoffMail is currently offered to selected organizations under an internal Free Supervised Pilot ($0/month). No credit card is required to participate in the pilot. Pilot accounts receive full operational access to warmup controls, sequence orchestration, deliverability monitoring, and AI response qualification without recurring subscription fees.

Upcoming commercial subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise) will introduce distinct sending and mailbox quotas as detailed on our Pricing Page. All active pilot organizations will receive at least thirty (30) calendar days advance written notice prior to any transition to paid commercial plans. No account will be charged without explicit opt-in confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HandoffMail Technologies Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
